Our Support
We provide a range of services and support to enhance the lives of those impacted by cancer. From accommodation and transport to treatment, one-on-one support to help navigate the cancer journey, to a wealth of support, resources and information accessed online via our support centre.
Accommodation
Between our two facilities in Christchurch and Dunedin we provide over 60 rooms for patients and their whānau to stay when they have to travel long distances from outside of these main centres for treatment.

Cancer Navigators
Our team of Cancer Navigators provide one-on-one support to people impacted by cancer, their whānau and friends. This service is free of charge and provides a range of support.
Driving Service
Around the Southern region, we have a dedicated team of volunteers to drive you to treatments when your whānau and friends aren't available.
Encompass Health is a unique collaboration between the Cancer Society Southern and St George’s Cancer Care Centre, that provides oncology-specific services to those living with cancer.
