-
Listening to the concerns and questions that are most important to you and working with you to find solutions
-
Referring you to our support services and finding other useful services that will help you
-
Practical problems, like getting to treatment and other benefits you may be eligible for
Visit our Support Centre to meet the team and book in a time with the support person of your choice. You can connect with them in the way that best suits you - in person, by video call or on the phone.

Accommodation
Between our two facilities in Christchurch and Dunedin we provide over 60 rooms for patients and their whānau to stay where they have to travel long distances from outside of these main centres for treatment.
Daffodil House in Dunedin is a 10-room facility located in the heart of the hospital precinct. From the Canterbury Cancer Centre in Papanui, Christchurch we offer 50 rooms and provide free transport to and from the hospital every half hour.

Transport to Treatment
Around the region, we have a dedicated team of volunteers to drive you to treatments when your whānau and friends aren't available.
Our registered volunteer drivers generously give their time and vehicles to help people get to cancer-related appointments. They undergo interviews, driving assessments, police checks, orientation, and ongoing training to ensure a safe and reliable service.
We offer this service for people undergoing cancer treatment who are unable to drive, do not have their own transport, or do not have family, whānau or friends to take them.
